Your work:
- based in our busy Auckland branch
- provide effective day to day leadership to the Local Host crew
- provides excellent customer service to our Rental customers at time of pick up & drop off
- coaching, training and upskilling the team of local hosts
- covers the 'Duty Manager' role including opening & closing of the branch
- work with customers to create unforgettable experiences
About you:
- excellent customer service with an ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- prove leadership experience, preferably in a customer service environment
- experience in retail or sales, including up-selling and cross-selling
- Ability to handle surprises & change and offer solutions
- Some tourism industry experience preferred
- outstanding interpersonal skills
- a full and current driver's license
