The position .
This position offers a unique opportunity to work with technical equipment and issues.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Assisting setting up internal meetings by collaboration with speakers and audiovisual rental companies
- Ad hoc support for VIP meetings including; Execmngt, health authorities' meetings
- Back up for TV studio production including
- Responsible for Evoko meeting room system
- Support of videoconference, Telepresence, Livestream, TEAMS systems plus minor ad hoc training of employees via phone, email or on the spot support
- Responsible for maintenance, minor installations and upgrading of AV & IT (MTR) systems in our existing and new meeting rooms (ensure updated firmware versions)
- Preparing the auditorium with the requested equipment/platform
- Responsible for team incidents arriving in the Planon system and SOE (schedule of events) support mailbox
- Ordering in eProcure (Computers and other IT/AV equipment)
- Responsible for creating and updating meeting rooms in Microsoft outlook
- Update of department SharePoint websites
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate holds an AV/technical/office education or min. 3 years of experience in a technical position and preferably has proven good computer and Microsoft Office 365 knowledge. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.

About the department
In site Søborg Support team, we are currently 7 employees (operators, service assistants and technical assistants).
We are responsible for all meeting rooms working as designed (projectors/monitors, network, phones etc.). We take care of department AV and IT inventory and building reuse and disposal.
Furthermore, we are in primary contact with NNIT (Novo Nordisk IT) and various suppliers.
