What will you do with us?
- Design and deploy core compliance communications using different mediums of communication in conjunction with key team and business stakeholders
- Plan communication campaigns regarding targeted compliance programs
- Monitor communication feedback and respond and adjust methods of communication in light of feedback
- Designing suitable communications materials to enable effective understanding of compliance
- Design communication materials to drive behavior and active use of compliance tools
- Respond to the needs of ad hoc requests for both global and regional communication/presentations needs
- Effective engagement with internal business stakeholders to ensure timely execution of communication campaigns
- Develop and manage the Compliance smart connect page (Intranet)
- Actively contribute to the development of core compliance frameworks
- Drive innovation and opportunities to leverage latest technology to enhance compliance management system communication
- Collaborate with compliance senior management to deliver compliance results
What are your ideal skills?
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in successfully executing internal business communication campaigns
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Ability to effectively engage and interact with senior management, including board-level executives
