Tiger Sugar Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships. If you are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify strategies on how to boost sales for outlets.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
