People2People have been engaged by an internationally recognised organisation to recruit for a Customer Service Coordinators for a six-month assignment. Our client has around 1850 locations located worldwide and more than 70,000 employees worldwide. Our client is well known within the global transport industry and known for their abundant career growth and development opportunities.

Role
In this role as a Customer Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below:

Responsibilities:
  • Providing business to business customer service regarding stock and shipments.
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets to input stock information such as deliveries and damaged stock.
  • Following up on late deliveries or missing stock.

To be successful you will have:
  • Advanced Excel skills – ability to do VLookups.
  • Must have 1-2 years of customer service experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehousing environment.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be fully vaccinated.
