A company with the vision to simplify and streamline the work of Managed Service Providers and IT professionals is looking for an innovative, forward-thinking, and highly skilled Senior Marketing Designer.
The company was built to create one comprehensive solution for next-level IT professionals.
In your role you will be part of the creative strategy and deliverables for the marketing vertical as well as developing the company's ever-evolving brand. You will work with talented designers, motion designers, copywriters, and campaign managers.
Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing creative direction, roadmap, and delivery including landing pages.
- Maintain a strong, accurate, fearless, and innovative creative muscle for the company's website, emails, motion banners, and sales collateral.
- Own the knowledge of best practices for creatives for the leading media channels like YouTube, Facebook, and Google.
- Work fast and smart, adapt, learn, and practice flexibility.
- Inspire and enforce a data-first mentality in the creative team.
- Initiate and always improve the efficient, thoughtful, end-to-end creative process.
- Hold a structural, conceptual, creative-thinking approach to solving Marketing channels objectives.
- Maintain consistency of deliverables, share knowledge, and initiate cross-team collaborations.
Requirements:
- An exceptional online portfolio demonstrating online creative marketing experiences.
- Analytical mind yet creative and outstanding conceptual and visual design skills, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing metrics across multiple channels specifically Facebook and YouTube
- Proven experience designing online marketing materials, from concept to launch with a strong understanding of brand assets.
- 4+ years of experience as a designer for digital marketing in a global online company.
- 4+ years’ experience in user acquisition dashboards/metrics/best practices for different platforms such as Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other platforms
- UX/UI orientation
- Highly creative mindset, always looking to innovate and find new ways for creative to solve business objectives.
- The ability to execute big ideas while still seeing the tiny details.
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional, efficient, organized, detail-oriented and data-driven.
- High level of written and spoken English
- A “people’s person", a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
