Description and Requirements
- Gathering and preparation of credit data and financial information
- Evaluation and spreading of data to determine credit risk of customers
- Analyze customers’ financial conditions and authorize credit line
- Complete loan applications; from analysis to loan requests and subsequently approval
- Minimize bad debt risks and maximize accounts receivable collections
- Communicate credit department and payment policies to customers to effect timely payments
- Consistently review individuals or commercial customers files to identify and select delinquent accounts that are due for collections
- Conduct collection calls and visits to collect account receivables
- Consultations with customers to resolve disputes and develop internal/external relationships
- Participate in process improvement projects and support other management directives
