The goal is to promote and expand the company’s commercial logistical activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth . This is a hands on role to elevate the Group Standards on to the next level and would be a very much attractive as well as challenging role . Main Jobs and responsibilities would be as listed below :
- Handling all FCL, LCL, Air, (Import & Export) Operations for all GCC stations.
- Handling inquiries for our existing Client base on behalf of the sales team, rate negotiation with carriers, agents, origin offices and update the routing order upon business confirmation.
- Quoting to Overseas partners for their DDU/DDP/DAP enquiries and all import inquiries .
- Freight Tender Management.
- Completing all activities in a timely accurate and efficient manner in accordance with procedures and work instructions.
- Using excellent communication skills at all levels while remaining dedicated understanding company requirements and procedures.
- Managing queries and multiple daily tasks that need to be resolved, ensuring overall smooth running of the department.
- Working flexibly to accommodate the changing needs of the business, working long hours and taking on additional responsibility.
- Collaborating with employees, overseeing the operations within the company, communicating with management, and taking part in planning the needs of the company.
- Liaising and supporting external agencies and stakeholders.
Reporting : This role will report to the Branch Manager.
Salary & Compensations : Per Market Standards and to be discussed based on experience.
