The work schedule for this position is:
Full Time (40 number of hours per week)
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (06 weeks) of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
Duties
Incumbent serves as the Administrative Assistant, Training Coordinator and Registrar for the Frankfurt Training Center. This position is located at the American Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany, and reports directly to the Training Center branch chief and is reviewed by the deputy Admin branch chief. The incumbent has administrative management responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the training center and respective training programs. This position requires the incumbent to obtain a certificate of trust.
Qualifications and Evaluations
EXPERIENCE:
Two years secretarial / office administrative support experience required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Strong computer skills: PC word processing, spreadsheet and creating presentation experience required.
Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Complete familiarity of office procedures and practices is required.
Mandatory: Successful completion of Secondary School.
LANGUAGE:
English - Fluent; speaking/reading/writing, may include the ability. This may be tested.

The certification letter should be on letterhead of the appropriate military branch of the service and contain (1) the military service dates including the expected discharge or release date; and (2) the character of service. Acceptable documentation must be submitted in order for the preference to be given.
