Sevens Holding is looking for in house recruiter.
Main responsibilities:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms
- Selecting CVs
- Interviewing candidates
- Cooperation with managers of the restaurants regarding the second stage of the interviewing
- Following up on candidates with HR
- Updating database with interviewed and potential candidates
Requirements:
- recruitment / talent acquisition PROVEN experience - at least 2 years
- own database of F&B candidates
- presentable appearance, perfect grooming
- CV must include full height picture.
We provide: salary as per your experience, accommodation, transportation, 1 staff meal.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: BD350.000 - BD450.000 per month
