Imperial Brands is one of the big four global tobacco companies and represented in Germany by Reemtsma as a strong number two, based in Hamburg. Our Sales and Marketing functions operate across 11 different regions and our factory in Langenhagen, near Hannover, is an important production site, not just for the German market but also to produce export goods for Imperial Brands' global demands. With an expansive portfolio that includes internationally known brands such as Gauloises, West, Davidoff and JPS (John Player Special), additionally we are playing a key role within the development of products that are minimizing consumer risk such as myblu and skruf.

For our Hamburg location, we are looking for Global Management Trainee (m/f/d)
The programme: Find your way!
Our two-year, rotational programme incorporates up to four rotations of each 6 months across different teams or functions, developing your skills and experience as you go. These rotations will be mostly local in nature but could include some international travel or shorter-term working in different markets – adding increased value and understanding to your development.
Where your rotations take you is based on your profile, as well as opportunities available within the business possibilities vary from Global Supply Chain to Marketing, Sales, Insights, etc. In this way, the programme offers a flexible path of development that’s not just built around our transforming business but also you, your strengths and your ambitions. You will take on responsibility from day one and be creatively involved when it comes to building the future of Imperial Brands/Reemtsma.
Your Profile: Be Authentic
- You nearly finished your studies or have already completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or similar
- A strong team spirit and very good communication skills are some of your strengths
- You are resilient, committed and adaptable in dealing with change
- You’ve already gained your first work experience through internships
- Furthermore, your way of working is characterized by a precise, structured and conscientious manner
- Very good German and English skills round off your profile
- You can start the programme in autumn of 2023
